External and Brick Cleaning

Dry Masonry Brushing: An essential initial step in our brick cleaning process, dry masonry brushing effectively removes mortar snots and stubborn contaminants without the need for high-pressure equipment near the pointing. This process takes place once the mortar has adequately cured. We can also extend our masonry brushes to address hard to reach areas.

Pressure Washing: Our van-mounted systems are tailored for brick cleaning but are also versatile for other exterior cleaning tasks. Operating at an adjustable 18 litres per minute, our pressure washers feature pressure-sensitive unloader valves, allowing us to choose the exact pressure needed for safe and meticulous cleaning. With adapted water-fed pole systems, we can deliver pressurised cleaning up to 40 feet high, ensuring thorough cleaning of every brick.

Steam Cleaning: We use non-abrasive steam cleaning techniques to effectively remove unwanted substances, whether man-made or organic. Operating at up to 150 degrees with a pressure of no more than 1000psi, our steam cleaning equipment delicately removes mortar, render, paint, and other substances without causing damage. This method minimises harmful effects such as the freeze-thaw effect on brickwork, leaving a pristine facade.

Chemical Cleaning: Our acid wash and rinse services remove mortar stains and marks from new build houses, ensuring they are ready for occupancy. We can also treat efflorescence (white salt emigrating from brick or mortar) using this service, ensuring safety with our bespoke applicator that eliminates overspray while delivering a detailed clean.
